YOU CAN HELP OUT🤷‍♀️ There's no specific rule that states that women should perform a particular task in the family. Anyone can do it, lets not bring in the mantra that it's the women's duty, anybody can help out. So i will put down the list of some task that can be done by anyone. ✍️ SCHOOL RUNS; As a man you can take the children to school and bring them back, it's not solely a woman's duty. ✍️ HELPING THE KIDS WITH THEIR ASSIGNMENT; How would you know how well your children are doing in school if you are not involved in solving some of those assignments ( unless you don't know your way around there, we can pardon you.🥰) ✍️ CLEANING THE HOUSE; If you clean the house you live in, nothing will happen, it will not strip you off your ODOGWU title.💪 ✍️ COOKING  If you can cook, assist your wife in the kitchen or better still prepare the meal for the family, there's no portion of the bible that states that only the woman should cook in the family.😉 ✍️ GOING ...

BALANCING FAMILY/ WORK LIFE This l guess may be one amongst the many struggles of career women. Balancing family and work life can be tasking and stressful, but we still have to do what we have to do. THE FIRST STEP in helping yourself is by discovering your strength and weaknesses and you can plan based on that. THE SECOND STEP IS ;  Taking care of yourself first before anyone or any work, because if you die today your work and family will still be in existence. THE THIRD STEP IS;  Finding ways and methods to ease work and family stress. For work you can delegate some duties and for family you can ask your partner to help when necessary, get a house help and gadgets and equipment that can help ease your stress. THE FOURTH STEP; Plan ahead, start on time and do what you can do for the day. You have to LIVE before you LEAVE and if you don't balance you work/family Life, you may LEAVE without LIVING. Take care of yourself and do your best for TODAY, TOMORROW is another Day!...

STUDENTS AND PARENTS NIGHTMARE 😥 Most times speaking or writing on some topics in Nigeria seems to be a waste of time. But for the seek of the few sane ones around, l will still write. I think l just have to beg at this point because it is 'getting out of hand' I also feel we to review, appraise, educate, re shovel the persons in charge of our education system because a lot is going wrong. It's either the curriculum was not well planned to suit each level of education, or the people in charge don't know what to do. There are loads of irrelevant things that need to be removed and replaced with what is needed. The world is advancing  with Ai and we are still struggling with the curriculum designed in the 70s and 80s. If we don't do something about it now, we will later discover that we are 20 years behind schedule in academics. From my own point of view, this is what l think; The thing that made this movie different from every other Nollywood love movie was "the part where ODOGWU went with Ogene boys just to collect the number. YOU CAN DO IT Most times when we talk about healthy meals, most people will complain they don't have money. You don't need to have millions before you can start eating healthy meals. Forget all the buzz on the net, forget all the display of varieties of expensive meals, stick with what you have and enjoy your meals regardless. The protein in crayfish is same protein in catfish. The carbohydrate in pap in same as the one in custard and other cereals. There's protein in soyabeans, There's also protein in milk. WHAT DO I CALL THIS🤷‍♀️ I Once came across a post where a husband who earns 250k monthly asked his wife who earns 350k monthly to quit her job. Reason being that it was not right for her to earn more than him.🙄 Really ?? That was really a super story and you will still see people advising her to quit the job. IT IS WELL WITH US😥 I saw this picture today and it reminded of something that happened last December when l went to a secondary for something. Apparently it was their exam period, I was actually waiting for the principal who was not around. The first thing l observed was how the school was noisy, people were playing around, so l was like, this people may not be writing exam today, but unfortunately they were actually writing exams too.🙁 Few minutes later they rang the bell for the exam and all of them that were playing, played to the classroom. 😳 I was waiting to see the long fulls cap sheet they will share for the exam, what l saw was this small paper like souvenir jotter they share for wedding, they gave them 2 each. 🙄 I was also waiting for the question paper, the teacher just wrote like about 3 questions on the board and told them that was their exam. I was disappointed to say the least. How is that an EXAM, no teacher in my secondary school will give you only 3 Questions for ...

I CALL IT SELF DEVELOPMENT 🤔 In recent times, we have seen things happen among couples and I feel it's about time we begin to develop ourselves as individual. Some may think l am advising couples to be selfish No, although you can decide to call it whatever you want, but this is my opinion and l am entitled to it. As a married woman try to develop yourself either academically or  through skill or do both if possible. Do not use children as an excuse, if anything happens in that marriage and you end up with nothing, those children will blame you too. You can put them in creche while you purse your dreams. For the MEN especially those abroad, LISTEN to me,🧏 there's no rule that states a man cannot study nursing or any other medical related courses or be a caregiver. BUT WE NEED TO STOP IT.☹️ This practice is totally wrong, l don't know who started it, but we need to stop it. This idea of giving a newborn some medications like multivitamins, antibiotics and some medications to make them sleep well at night on discharge is very WRONG. "Let this children Breath' There are situations and conditions where the children may need some medications after birth like in cases of; Jaundice  Fetal distress  Respiratory problems  Fever Babies delivered by infected mothers  And any other medical conditions at birth. Outside this, breastfeed the baby and leave all those supplement. Stop stressing this children with unnecessary medications, they don't need them. NO MATTER WHAT  While some families live in peace and harmony some other families don't. Some are separated by marriage and distance, others separated because of family feud. We don't have to abandon our family members either parents or siblings because we are married or living far from them. Someone l know was complaining that she needed money for something and told her to ask her brother for assistance but she said he won't help her. According to her, the brother told them that once they are married they shouldn't ask him for help again. I felt this was too extreme, what if it was a matter of life and death you wouldn't help your siblings because they are married. I am not trying to imply that one should be disturbing their siblings anytime they have a need, but when it's necessary they should do so.
