BE GENTLE WITH THEM

ITS NOT EASY😥



My people this weight loss journey is not an easy road,😥 and it's not for the faint hearted.


Imagine running when no one is pursuing you,🏃 or going to the gym to fight with inanimate objects🤺 all in the name of weight loss.


My dear if you have a moderate weight, you don't know what God has done for you,🙂 you need to be thankful because you can't image what fat people are going through.


So we all need to be gentle with


them, most people have tried different means to loose weight but is not working, just encourage them and allow them do it at their Pace.


Las las, You don't need six packs to enter the kingdom of God,🥰 and heaven is not only for people who are slim.

I WEEP FOR MY NATION😭 In just few days we have recorded more than 50  deaths resulting from stamped. In all of these death, the cause was same. Some may ask why will they be rushing and  struggling to get palliative to the extent of losing their lives. For the records a bag of rice is above 100k and minimum wage is not up to 100k, so how many persons can afford a bag of rice in this present economy? THE JOURNEY SO FAR... In the past two days protesters were seen across the different states in Nigeria, each voicing their grievances against the Government. The protest was supposed to be a peaceful one, but some persons are bent on turning it into a war and a period of anarchy. Parents should instruct their children to be careful because the country will not remember or recognize their efforts if they die in the process. Many has died in the process, others injured, some properties destroyed. While we walk and demonstrate and pray for a better Nigeria, we should also thread with caution because life has no duplicate.
