YOUR 9-5 IS FOR YOUR BOSS💂

YOUR 5-9 IS FOR YOU👨‍💼👩‍💼 What you do after work is as important as what you do during the work hours. ✍️9am to 5pm is the time you work for those that employed you. ✍️5pm to 9pm should be the time you work for yourself. Granted this may not work out as planned due to certain reasons. It's not just about what you do but how consistent you are with it. For people who stay in areas with heavy traffic, this set of people can spend their 5-9 on transit. Also for the married people with kids their 5-9 may be used in preparing food, doing assignment for children and planning for the next day. HERE IS THE TRICK 👇 it's not about the time (5-9) it's about setting out time or devoting at least 2-3 hours a day for self development.  To be honest this may not be feasible some days, especially when you had a hectic day, but don't "beat yourself up" you can rest and continue the next day. BOSSES IN THE HOUSE🤵💂

 HELLO CAN WE TALK🙋‍♀️ This is not a little chitchat, but a real time conversation. For the love of God l beg you to heed this advice. Most times we do things as bosses without considering people at the receiving end. Granted we employed our staff, we pay their salaries, we give incentives, this is all good. I just feel that if for any reason a staff works overtime, called out when they are not supposed to be at work. Those staff should be commended, appreciated and rewarded. Honestly apart from the work those staff have a life, l know we should contribute to the place that provides our daily bread. Also we should appreciate it when people "stick out their neck" to help achieve organizational goals. A lot of things are taken for granted, I just feel we should pay attention to some of these little things. My two cents 🙌 ✍️ Prisca Chinwendu  #sweetmotherhood
