But honestly he has a point there, some persons don't care if their mouth or their body odour is discomforting the next person. There are basic things you should have in your bag, mint; to  be used after eating if you cannot brush. Perfume, body spray, deodorant to use once in a while to touch up. Believe me this are basic necessities are not luxury. Just help a brother or sister next to you by not choking them with any form of odour. There are many functions of the liver which includes but not limited to; Metabolism of food. -Bile production and excretion. - Enzyme activation. WAYS TO PRESERVE YOUR LIVER - Eat balanced diet. - Avoid excessive alcohol intake. - Avoid illicit drug use. - Avoid self medication. The liver have about 14 function it performs in the body, so when the liver is bad, a lot of body functions will be put on hold. It's easier to replace a kidney than the liver. MEDICS SHINE YOUR EYES😳 The Bill preventing Medics from traveling abroad after graduation but stay in Nigeria and work for 5 years is a joke.And the person that presented the bill a joker. "You cannot beat a child and ask him not to cry" What is the moral justification for this bill? Nigeria can only asked them to stay on the grounds that, they were the ones that trained them and staying to work in the country will be a kind of appreciation for their kind gesture. After exorbitant school fees paid even in the federal universities, someone will wake and be "talking gibberish". I am an ardent supporter of "develop your country" but when there are no enabling environment to do so what will you do? On that note, Before the government will pass this bill, they should make sure they are ready to pay them what they are paid abroad, also they should bring back all their children abroad to come and work for Nigeria for 5years maybe at the end of the 5 years they w

There's no better way to explain it, the message is clear. I know times are hard and it's even difficult to feed, but l feel despite what the situation is, we should try to cultivate the habit of saving. Some persons don't save, whether in affluence or in penury. They live only for the day. No one is immune to emergencies, l know is not your portion but then things happen.  DO YOU KNOW WHY🤔 The presidential candidate of the Lp Mr Peter Obi was detained by officers in the UK. According to the news this happened on 7th April 2023 which was also good Friday. He was detained and questioned by the officers because there was someone in personating him and the person may commit different crimes to discredit him.( According to them) My question is this, if someone is  impersonating him, should they detain him or the impostor🤷 For me this is not making sense, "there's more to it than meets the eyes" Somebody should warn them oo. If they feel they are smart, Nigerians are smarter, it's just good government that we lack. ARE THEY SAFE🤔 The safety of the mother during pregnancy and delivery usually determines the safety of the child. National Safe mother Day is celebrated on 11th April every year to create awareness on health care and wellbeing of pregnant 🤰 and breastfeeding mothers. It also focuses on preventing of child marriage which is an indirect cause of maternal death. -Early antenatal registration. - Antenatal visit - prompt reporting of wny discomfort in pregnancy. - Delivery in good hospital, among others are ways to ensure safe motherhood. If are useless they are also useless to you. The journey of training a child, is really not a child's play, so we should not play with it. Teach them the basics, before going to the complex. TEACH THEM; Courtesy Respect Giving Loving Sharing Caring  Hard Work If they know and practice this basic things, it forms a foundation for them to learn other things. Find out why they are not cooperating! 6) Don't assume they know why you are giving them a urinal, bedpan or commode. Educate them! 7) Don't assume the patient will always call you when the infusion is finished. If they didn't call after a while, check they may have fallen asleep! 8) Don't assume you know the procedure. Learn it before you do it! 9) Don't assume he knows he needs to fast before surgery. HOW🤷WHAT HAPPENED 😲 Senator Orji  Uzoh  Kalu loses wife few days after he announced his intention to become the Senate president. The story surrounding the death is unclear but from the news Mrs lfeoma Ada Kalu died in the US and a memorial service will be held there, in her honour  Until we get the full details as regards the cause of death let's pray for the family in this moment of grief, for God to give them the fortitude to bear the loss. CAN YOU BE TRUSTED😟 Whenever remember the fact that it was the same people that shouted "Hosanna in the highest" on palm Sunday that also shouted "Crucify him" I begin to imagine a lot of things in my mind. Honestly humans most times appreciate and love you when the "going is good" but when there's a "wheel of change" maybe towards an unfavorable direction they will just let you down. It takes courage to stand firm in every condition. Judas betrayed! Peter denied! The Jews crucified!  In all of the above they had an option to do the opposite.
