WAYS TO PRESERVE YOUR LIVER


- Eat balanced diet.

- Avoid excessive alcohol intake.

- Avoid illicit drug use.

- Avoid self medication.


The liver have about 14 function it performs in the body, so when the liver is bad, a lot of body functions will be put on hold.


It's easier to replace a kidney than the liver.
