ln recent times the number of persons with kidney problems is alarming.
Hospital are filled with men and women, young and old suffering from kidney problems.
Dialysis centers are fully booked on daily basis and many on the waiting list.
Others waiting for kidney transplant.
And some others have died from same condition.
We can't continue like this...😟
"FOR THE LOVE OF YOUR KIDNEY" can you try and do this basic things to help prevent kidney disease;
👉WATER:
Take up 2-3 liters of water daily.
👉 CHECK YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE
Uncontrolled blood pressure can lead to kidney problems.
👉 AVOID SMOKING AND DRINKING
This may seem harmless in the beginning, but in the long run it can lead to serious kidney problems.
👉 EXERCISE:
Avoid sedentary lifestyle.
Maintain a healthy weight.
👉DO REGULAR KIDNEY CHECK
Early detection is key.
Most of the things mentioned above cost little or nothing.
However;
👉Kidney transplant
👉Dialysis
👉Medications for
treatment
Cost a lot
Most persons die not out of ignorance or late detection but because they can't afford the treatment.
If l were you, l will chose the cheaper options and live a healthy life.
