RELIGIOUS LEADERS AND RELIGIOUS FANATICS ๐
THIS MESSAGE IS FOR YOU๐ซต
One may be wondering why I am addressing Religious leaders.
Well no one is an island and no one knows it all.
There are some practices that we may feel has spiritual benefits but in the long run it impacts negatively on the health of individuals.
LET ME LIST A FEW OF THEM....✍️
✍️ FASTING; Fasting is of great spiritual benefits but may not be ideal for pregnant women, ulcer patient or people who are sick and on medication.
✍️ ANOINTING OIL;
This should be used in moderation, like by apply it or taking a few drops. It should not be taken as doctors prescription; one bottle 3 times a day. The oily content may not be safe for those with high cholesterol level.
✍️HOLY WATER;
Holy water is very strong spiritual weapon, but we should be careful especially the ones with salt. Salt consumption is not very good for hypertensive patient. Nobody is telling you not to use or drink the holy water, but you cannot be drinking about 2litres of salt containing holy water in a day because you need spiritual cleansing. Excessive consumption may increase your blood pressure.
The bible advices us to get wisdom and in doing that we should also get knowledge.
God is not the author of confusion and we should not confuse Christianity with denseness.
Inasmuch as there's freedom of worship, in your bid to worship and practice your faith, never do anything that will be detrimental to your health.
If you die in the process, you actually committed suicide.
Let's be guided๐
I come in peace ๐
