LET YOUR CHILDREN LEARN A SKILL

THERE'S NO JOB ANYWHERE🤷‍♀️

It's no longer news that we have loads of Bsc, Master's degree and even PhD holders that are jobless.

For the fact that the government do not make provision to accommodate people that graduate every year, is pointer that we will keep having unemployed graduates.

You don't always have to depend on the government, you can learn a skill whether physical or online to help yourself.

WHAT KIND OF SKILL CAN I LEARN🤔

In chosing a skill, make sure you consider the following;

✍️ Something you like 

✍️A skill that you can use both nationally and internationally 

✍️A lucrative skill

✍️A markable skill 

✍️A skill you can do with ease

WHY DO YOU NEED TO CONSIDER THE ABOVE 🤷‍♀️

There are some skills you acquire in Nigeria and when you travel abroad you can't use it, because there's no market for it over there.

INTEREST: When you have interest in a skill, it makes the learning process easy for you, because you will enjoy learning it.

It should be LUCRATIVE because you are learning the skill so you can make a living from it.

LOCATION: Some businesses that can thrive in Lekki may not yield much profit in Ajegunle.

SOME BIAS IN LEARNING A SKILL 

🙁I Am Too Young: Nobody is too young to learn a skill or to earn money, as long as is not affecting your education( use your holiday period to learn a skill)

🙁It's For A Particular gender; in recent times we seen people who differ societal belief to learn a skill assumed to be for a particular gender.( We have seen female mechanic, carpenter and even vulcanizers, we have also seen male make-up artist, hairstylist and caterer)

🤷‍♀️I don't Have Money:

Some of this skill don't really cost much, you can either save up money or ask for help. Believe me people will be ready to help you lf you inform them you need the money to learn a skill.

🥰I Am Too Busy:

My dear, you can always create the time if you are determined to learn a skill.

🤨I Don't Think lt Will Be Useful:

Some skills may not be useful presently, but you can still use and apply it in future.

😲I am too rich to learn a skill:

There are some basic and survival skill that you need to learn, money cannot buy everything, so being rich is not an excuse.
