 BROTHER SIM VS UNCLE WIKE 🙄😡 Some policemen in Rivers state, who are Wike loyalist, reportedly sprayed water and teargas on Governor Sim's convoy  due do some squabble between the duo. This is outright bullshit! What a nonsensical behavior on the part of the police. No matter what, he is still the sitting Governor of the state. At least accord him some respect. Our Oga in Abuja should call his boys to order. He should 'focus on his focus and work his work ' There's a big difference between Fct and Rivers state. FOR BETTER FOR WORSE Most persons has misinterpreted the phrase above and are now living in bondage. The phrase is for better for worse and not for better for death. Many marriages are going through a lot of challenges which some of us can relate with, but that is not enough reason for someone's life to threatened all in the name of marriage. There are things you can tolerate in marriage but anything that puts your life at risk should not be tolerated. Domestic violence Emotional torture Neglect Abandonment Can kill faster than cancer!🤕  Leave as early as possible. Leave so you can live to tell your story. THIS IS SO PAINFUL 😭 This just an unfortunate situation, God should protect His children. I watched an interview section with this uniport student that killed his girlfriend. When he was asked what happened, ' he said they took hollandia yogurt and she died,' and you that took the same drink with her and you did not die. it is well.😥 My people we are gradually coming to the end of the year and lot of persons are trying to meet up, so they can go and empress people during Christmas.  EAT FOR TWO( WHAT DOES IT MEAN 🤷) We usually hear people advising pregnant women to 'eat for two' Well there's nothing wrong with eating for two but you have to first consider who the two persons you are eating for are. Adequate nutrition is essential during pregnancy, and food rich in protein, vitamins and minerals are always advised. THE WRONG SIDE OF EATING FOR TWO When you are advised to eat for two, it means you have to eat; - For one adult which is you. -And a baby who in your womb Invariably what means is that, you have to take your normal diet with  little addition to accommodate the nutritional need of the baby without compromising your own dietary need. What all this means, is that you are not eating for 2 adults, as we usually do, but for an adult and a baby. Sometimes controlling diet in pregnancy may be difficult due to some cravings that comes with pregnancy, but where possible let's try and control our diet for our own good and that of our baby. I was discussing with a child who l know should be in secondary school. E GET WHY🧏 There's always a reason to thank God. Most times we don't count our blessings but our losses and disappointments. Sometimes we feel we do not have any cogent reason to thank God. So I will be listing the things we need to thank God for. WHY WE SHOULD THANK GOD 🤔 -FOR LIFE:  If there's life there's hope, no matter how bad it is now, it will surely get better, lf only you believe and work towards it. - FOR THE AIR WE BREATH:  Until you start gasping for air, or have a need for artificial oxygen, you will not appreciate the free air you breath daily. - YOU ARE CONSCIOUS: You are oriented to time place and person that is why you can read this post, so do not take it for granted, some persons have been unconscious for the past months. - YOU CAN EAT THROUGH YOUR MOUTH: This may sound absurd but some persons can't eat through their mouth.  KILLED FOR WHAT 🤷 A man from Delta state have been arrested for flogging a teacher who tried to discipline his son to death. According to the story his son with some other students scaled the fence to steal palm wine from an old man. When the matter was reported to the school, the late teacher flogged the students involved. Little did he know that singular act will send him to his early grave. Am still trying to wrap my head around the whole incident. But this still boils down to bad parenting, how will a child in his right senses jump through the fence just to steal palm wine🥴🥛 Parents should endeavor to train their children.  LISTEN OO🧏 Whenever you want to pack into a new house, ask questions OO. Some person's have been living with spirit for years and they not aware. 'A woman narrated how she woke up one night and saw a man dressing up to go out, her husband travelled so she knew it was not her husband. According to her she kept a broom at her door before sleeping that night, so the broom prevented the man from leaving that night, when she confronted the man, he begged her to remove the broom that he wanted to pass, the insisted on knowing who he was. He told her that he was the owner of the compound where they live, that when he died the children buried him inside the house where they are currently living and that he usually goes out in the night and comes back early in the morning. WAHALA PROMAX😳 They had to strike a deal, the woman told him that if she allows him to go out by removing the broom from the door that he should not come back to the house again because the house now belongs to her

Some STORIES you hear sometimes will just break your heart. SOME EXAMPLES #1 A man came back to Nigeria  from UK to marry, after the wedding, he travelled back and was making arrangements for the wife to join him. He concluded the arrangements and the day the wife was traveling to UK he came to welcome her from the airport, little did he know that the wife had other plans. THEME: Mental health is a universal human right. World mental day is celebrated yearly on the 10th of October to create awareness about the scale of suicide around the world. If you feel you are healthy and your mental health is not stable, then you are definitely not healthy. We are faced with a lot issues on daily basis. While some persons are strong enough to go through those experiences and still stand strong, some other persons may not be able to withstand certain situations. WHY DO PEOPLE COMMIT SUICIDE 🤷 - Depression - post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) - Loss of property  - poor academic performance - Other unknown reasons.  We may not all be strong, it is important to always check on your family members, friends and acquaintances to know how they are fairing.  GOOD OR BAD🤷 Worshiping God is good as we all know, going to church and for other religious programs is also good to help build our faith. But the way some persons go about all this various activities may not be good. When a building has a solid foundation and the contractors decides to construct with inferior materials, the building will not last. Nigeria at 63... There is really no tale to tell.
