THE HEART OF MAN💘 According the news one Mr Innocent Uko from Akwa ibom state killed his son with a machete, burnt his body and buried it in a pit toilet. "The heart of man is desperately wicked" I don't really know how to process this.  The man upon interrogation stated he killed the son because of his bad behavior, like seriously. So between him and his son now who behaved badly. I know there are situations where our children can provoke us to anger but being angry to the extent of killing your own son is absurd. He has finally lost a son and his freedom because he was angry. The did have been done, it is left for all of us to be mindful of our actions even when we are angry. RELIGIOUS BLACKMAIL!  I don't really know when this trend in churches started, but as the days go by, many churches are joining in this trend. " You need to take assignment" "You need to do assignment" It's this biblical? Inasmuch as we have freedom of worship, there are some things that don't just add up. Doing things in the house of God is good. It only becomes a problem when some pastors start blackmailing church members with the so called assignment. "Don't get it twisted" as christians we are supposed to contribute in building the church of God. It's only wrong when some preachers make you look like a sinner for not taking up an assignment.  SEE THE MAIN CAUSE 👇 Most times you hear people advising their friends and family members not to take any food or snacks that contain sugar and it's derivatives, so they don't come down with diabetes. INFACT WE ARE TIRED😊  Bobrisky lost his father on Monday 14/8/23  May his soul rest in peace 🙏 Thank God his is a Muslim, he has to be buried that same day.  I was just imagining if it was the usual burial how they will address Bobrisky, whether he will be counted among the man's sons or daughters. Also for the picture section in the burial brochure; " an inscription like the deceased sons" we will now be seeing a female picture. Maybe the MC will announce that 'one of the sons should come and speak' and Bobrisky will come out with his gown and gele. DO THE ONE THAT SUITS YOU Most times people think exercise is only for fat or obese persons. Exercise is good for everyone except in some few cases where it's  contraindicated. For people who are fat or obese that wish to loose weight. WHAT TO DO🤔 - Do the one you can; If you can't run,  joggle, if you can't joggle, do brisk walk or just take a walk. - start slow and then increase the intensity with time. - For those wishing to loose weight you can add diet control to your weight loss routine. - lf you cannot do any form of exercise, make sure you don't sit for long, always remember to walk around once in a while. HE DROWNED😰 A 15 year old boy who was reported to be missing since 7th of August have been found dead. Although the story surrounding his death is not clear, he drowned in a river and his corpse was discovered by a ⛵ boat driver. He lived in mile 2 Diobu portharcourt with his parents before his death. There are lots of questions with little or no answers; What took him to the river? Who did he go with? What happened that led to the drowning? These are pertinent questions that need to be answered. But until we are able to unravel the mystery behind his death, l will advice parents to try and look for their children especially this holiday period. Try to know their friends and acquaintances  to avoid "stories that touch" We cannot really prevent them from moving around but we can advise them to be cautious. IT'S NOT SAFE Most times parents are seen kissing their child's lips or face as a sign of affection. Sometimes relatives and friends also join the "kissing process" When children are born their immunity is still low and so they are vulnerable and susceptible to infections like herpes, cold, flu, Respiratory syncytial virus etc We know you love your babies and  you also love to shower them with kisses, please consider that the practice can be harmful to them. There was a news on the internet some weeks ago where a visitor kissed a newborn baby on the face and the child contracted herpes infection. This is one among many other scenarios. NOTE: - Parents can show love to their newborn by playing, carrying, singing, hugging them etc - Visitors should try and understand when the parents prevent them from carrying a newborn. - immunization is very necessary for every child, parents should not joke with it. They should all be immunized. - lf your visitor must carry your baby

I HOPE TINUBU SUPPORTERS ARE NOT THERE. Yesterday 2nd August 2023 Nigerians in different states came out in their numbers to protest. Why many were carrying the placard with the inscription " let the poor breath" others had many other inscriptions. It's not that l am against the protest as long as it's  peaceful it's a welcome development. But my QUESTION is this; I hope people that VOTED for TINUBU are not part of those protesting?
