Most times people think exercise is only for fat or obese persons.
Exercise is good for everyone except in some few cases where it's contraindicated.
For people who are fat or obese that wish to loose weight.
WHAT TO DO🤔
- Do the one you can;
If you can't run, joggle, if you can't joggle, do brisk walk or just take a walk.
- start slow and then increase the intensity with time.
- For those wishing to loose weight you can add diet control to your weight loss routine.
- lf you cannot do any form of exercise, make sure you don't sit for long, always remember to walk around once in a while.
Exercise can be fun for some persons and punishment to others, in whatever you do, remember you are exercising to stay healthy.
