A lot of things are happening recently. Each day we are presented with situations we cannot fathom.
The news we receive automatically changes our daily itinerary.
Our mental health altered!
Our hope dashed!
But we have to take care of ourselves.
DON'T OVERTHINK IT
DON'T TAKE MORE RESPONSIBILITIES THAN YOU CAN HANDLE.
COMMUNICATE YOUR PROBLEMS AND WORRIES.
DON'T ISOLATE YOURSELF.
ASK FOR HELP.
LET YOUR WIFE AND CHILDREN KNOW YOU CAN'T PROVIDE ALL.
FIND TIME TO REST.
HAPPINESS is free, so no matter how poor, low, down you are feeling, try and find things that's makes you happy and do them.
Find a way to take care of yourself.
You have to be strong and healthy to take care of others.
YOU FIRST is not being SELFISH.
You have to prepare yourself well to be able to take care others.
Take care of yourself!
