Most time people eat whatever they see available without considering the nutritional content.


For each stage of development and at different age there are food we need to eat and the ones we need to avoid.


The best food is the one you prepare by yourself because you know how you prepared it.


-Proper hand washing.

-Proper covering of food.

 -proper washing of food items before cooking.

-Cooking with clean water;

Should be practiced at all times.


Children should eat more of protein, carbohydrates and vitamins.


Adults above 40years should avoid red meat and fatty foods but should eat more of minerals, vitamins, protein and carbohydrates.


In all we do we should eat healthy food to live long.


Eat less of junk food,🍔 and more vitamins and protein🥚🥜
