YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT Most time people eat whatever they see available without considering the nutritional content. For each stage of development and at different age there are food we need to eat and the ones we need to avoid. The best food is the one you prepare by yourself because you know how you prepared it. -Proper hand washing. -Proper covering of food.  -proper washing of food items before cooking. -Cooking with clean water; Should be practiced at all times. Children should eat more of protein, carbohydrates and vitamins. Adults above 40years should avoid red meat and fatty foods but should eat more of minerals, vitamins, protein and carbohydrates. WHAT CAN WE DO🤷 There was recent/ report from UNICEF that about 2400 children die everyday from malnutrition.  well I don't know how true this report is as regards the figures but be it as it may something need to be done. In a country which claim to have provision for feeding school children, how is it that children within the school age still suffer and die of malnutrition. In a sane country the basic food are usually the cheapest so that everyone can have access to nutritious food. But in this country of ours an average income earners cannot afford food like egg,fish or milk for the children. WHAT CAN WE DO 🤔 There are alternative for children, we can substitute these foods for the very expensive ones. - soyabeans - cryfish( this can be grounded and added to their pap and other food) - Beans - pap -Bread - Tea - moimoi - Akara - Banana - watermelon - pineapple - potatoes There are other food for children, but when you want to cut down cost due the economic situation, you shoul

 BELIEVE IT OR LEAVE IT With the increasing price of almost all the items in the market, it will be bad for a man to demand for change/balance from the wife when she comes back from the market.  There's no change infact "the money no reach" It's always very easy to complain about what a woman is not doing right but very difficult to serve as a model to correct the wrong doing.  WHAT DO I DO WITH THESE CHILDREN 🤷 Having children around can be so great,but taking care of them can be so tasking, but in all we do, we should ensure safety first. With the recent death of Davido's son l feel it will be nice to put down some ways we can care for our children to prevent accident or death. TOYS  When buying toys for your children especially toddlers, do not buy small size toys that they easily put in their mouth or swallow. CRAWLING When children starts crawling ensure you lock the rooms you don't want them to enter( toilet, bathroom, kitchen etc) WRITING Once your child start writing whether legibly or not, keep all important document out of their reach also keep anything they can write with away from them like (pen, pencil, marker, crayon, eye pencil, eye liner etc) Before they redesign your certificate.🥴 WALKING When they start walking ensure there's an adult to guide them, or allow them walk around a place that is safe for them. THAT'S HOW I FEEL This is definitely not the breaking news l would like to post. This is heartbreaking I don't know how long it will take to get over this tragedy. "What in heaven's name" happened to our lovely ifeanyi. Young boy full of life. This is really a nightmare that we just keep our fingers crossed hoping is just a dream. My heartfelt condolence goes to his parents Davido and chioma. Burying your child is one of the most painful event for parents. But in all of this we can't question God.
