WHAT DO YOU THINK🤔

We often talk about, 'Work life balance' but have we ever thought of 'Church life balance'

I once met a married colleague complaining he was looking for food to eat on a Sunday morning, l was curious and asked if the wife didn't prepare any food.

According to him, the wife is chorister and on Sundays she attends the 3 service and they have meetings afterwards and she will be coming home in the evening.

And this is not applicable to choristers alone, workers in the church and other christians are also included.

Most persons due to the nature of the work or services they render in church tend to spend most part of their Sunday in church.

THE MAIN POINT;

To serve God is wonderful but in doing this we should not neglect our family duties and responsibilities.

Imagine children having to wait till evening to eat because their parents are serving in Church.

We should make plans for food for our families and other necessary arrangements if we will be spending longer time in the church.

Your family is your first ministry and if you have failed in your family responsibility, you have failed.

I may be wrong though 🤷‍♀️

But l just feel we should strike a balance.
