ASH WEDNESDAY - THE BEGINNING OF LENT



How best can we celebrate this journey of 40 days, what do you think.🤔 


Today marks the beginning of Lent  a sacred season of reflection, repentance and reconciliation.


Ash Wednesday reminds us that; 

✍️Life is fragile


✍️Time is precious


✍️And grace is a gift.


 As the ashes are placed on our foreheads, we are reminded:

"From dust you came, and to dust you shall return."


👉But beyond the ashes lies hope.


👉Beyond repentance lies restoration.


👉Beyond sacrifice lies resurrection.


Lent is not just about giving something up, it’s about drawing closer to God.

It’s a time to:


🙏 Pray more intentionally


💞Love more deeply


🤝 Forgive more freely


 🫡Serve more selflessly


For the next 40 days, let us quiet the noise, search our hearts, and allow God to transform us from the inside out.

May this season bring you peace, clarity, strength, and spiritual growth.

Let’s walk this journey with humility and hope.

Some may ask why will they be rushing and  struggling to get palliative to the extent of losing their lives. WE ARE IN TROUBLE 😳

WE REALLY NEED HELP I saw a clip someone posted on Facebook of a burning house. So in the video people were seen praying for God to come down and quench 🧯 the fire. And l was wondering 🤔 Is that all the passersby could do? No one amongst them know at least the basic things to when there's fire outbreak. Can't they pray while they try to put out the fire, and if l should ask what the prayer was supposed to do for them without any action, many religious fanatics will begin to attack me. Granted we need to pray in situations like this, but standing to pray without doing anything is as ineffective as not praying at all. We need to brace up, A lot of things are going wrong, because we chose to pray alone without doing something. NIGERIAN YOUTH BE WISE!

DON'T BE DECEIVED They will soon start, let's be careful. Anybody who remembers you only during election can quickly forget you after election so be wise. No matter the length of manifesto  And the number of promises Don't be deceived  I know we need the money, I know we want a share of the national cake. All these are momentary once they are gone, you go back to years of pennuary and agony and continue in that manner till 'God knows when' You must not campaign for someone, especially if they don't have good tract record. We still have credible people around, and if you have the opportunity by all means support them let's see how they can better the Nation. A bad leader leads everyone and not only the people that didn't vote them. If the Nation is in bad state, it will surely affect you, directly or indirectly.
