WHAT CAN DIABETIC PATIENTS EAT🤔
This is one of the most challenging aspect of being a diabetic patient.
The food restriction, lifestyle modification and other rules associated with diabetes can make having diabetes worrisome.
But l will focus on the FOOD, because l believe if the dietary management is as good as the medical management the blood sugar will be well controlled.
LETS START THE FOOD
Some of these foods may not be completely glucose or calorie free, but the level they contain is a better than the other foods.

Managing diabetes can be quite challenging because it comes with various rules.
But if we want to stay healthy and alive we, we have to obey the rules for the sake of our health.
