WHAT YOU SHOULD TEACH THEM
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT🧏♀️
There are basic things we need to teach our children from childhood, if they learn and practice them, it will help them in their adulthood.
This may not be all of it, but you can start this
👉Honesty
👉Discipline
👉Contentment
👉Independent
👉Audacity
👉Fear of God
✍️ HONESTY:
This should not only be taught, but should be practiced in our homes. You don't send your child to tell your visitor that you are not around when you are in the house and later expect them to be truthful. Children learn more by imitation.
✍️DISCIPLINE:
There should be time for everything; time to sleep, time wake up, time to read, when to play, time to eat. This doesn't mean you should run your house like a military zone, but this will also help them to be time conscious and devote more of their time doing meaningful things.
✍️CONTENTMENT:
Let your children know they can't have everything they want, also teach them to be contented with whatever you people can provide for them, so they don't grow up demanding for everything they see.
✍️INDEPENDENT:
This is also very important, being independent doesn't mean they shouldn't ask for help when they need it, but they should try and do most of the things themselves and only ask for help with things they can't do.
✍️AUDACITY:
This has to do with standing for what they believe, speaking their mind no matter where they are, and grabbing opportunities when they see it. Audacity will help them go for what they want without fear of intimidation from anyone.
✍️ FEAR OF GOD
Any child raised with the fear of God, will always stand out. There are lots of vices they wouldn't attempt because they have the fear of God in them.
Children are product of what they are taught. When you train them well from childhood, you will have less work to do when they have grown.
In everything, make sure you are a living example that your children can emulate.
"The apple does not fall far from the tree"
It will not be an easy task, but it will be worthwhile.
"The ball is in your court"
You decide how you play it.
You can add yours✍️
What else do you think we need to teach them..
