TAKE CARE OF YOUR MENTAL HEALTH 



It's easier for people to take care of the physical health but neglect their mental health.


Health is a state physical, mental and social wellbeing and not mere absence of illness and diseases.


So if you are physically well but mentally unwell then you are not healthy.



HOW CAN WE TAKE CARE OF OUR MENTAL HEALTH


✍️ SELF-CARE ROUTINES


Establish daily habits like exercise ๐Ÿ‹️‍♀️, meditation ๐Ÿง˜‍♀️, or journaling ๐Ÿ“ that bring you joy and calm.


✍️ SLEEP AND NUTRITION


Prioritize sleep ๐Ÿ˜ด and balanced diets ๐Ÿฅ— for physical and mental wellbeing.


✍️SOCIAL CONNECTIONS:


 Nurture relationships ๐Ÿ‘ซ with friends, family, or support groups for emotional support.


✍️ MINDFULNESS AND RELAXATION


Practice mindfulness ๐Ÿง˜‍♂️ or relaxation techniques like deep breathing ๐ŸŒฟ to manage stress.


✍️ PHYSICAL ACTIVITY:


 Exercise ๐Ÿƒ‍♀️ boosts mood and reduces anxiety through endorphins.

 Identify and manage stress sources ๐Ÿšง like work pressures or toxic relationships.
