TAKE CARE OF YOUR MENTAL HEALTH
It's easier for people to take care of the physical health but neglect their mental health.
Health is a state physical, mental and social wellbeing and not mere absence of illness and diseases.
So if you are physically well but mentally unwell then you are not healthy.
HOW CAN WE TAKE CARE OF OUR MENTAL HEALTH
Establish daily habits like exercise π️♀️, meditation π§♀️, or journaling π that bring you joy and calm.
Prioritize sleep π΄ and balanced diets π₯ for physical and mental wellbeing.
Nurture relationships π« with friends, family, or support groups for emotional support.
✍️ MINDFULNESS AND RELAXATION:
Practice mindfulness π§♂️ or relaxation techniques like deep breathing πΏ to manage stress.
Exercise π♀️ boosts mood and reduces anxiety through endorphins.
✍️ LIMIT STRESSORS:
Identify and manage stress sources π§ like work pressures or toxic relationships.
Consult therapists πΌ or counselors when struggling with mental health challenges.
✍️ EXPRESS YOURSELF:
Engage in creative outlets π¨ like writing, art, or music for emotional expression.
Take breaks π΅ from screens and social media to reduce overwhelm.
Learn about mental health π to understand and address your needs.
Mental health is unique for everyone; find what works best for you and do it!
