WORLD π HEPATITIS DAY!
LET'S BREAK IT DOWN...
Hepatitis is a medical condition that affects the liver, it is the inflammation of the liver, it may be caused by viral infection, alcohol consumption or several health conditions.
A lot of persons have hepatitis but just a few persons have been diagnosed.
There are some barriers and limitations we need to break so many can access diagnosis and treatment for hepatitis.
For our health centres l feel the government should provide basic vaccines for prevention of hepatitis.
Management of Hepatitis should also be affordable in the government hospitals so those diagnosed can be treated.
It's not enough for provisions to be made, individuals, families and communities should also make themselves available for treatment.
Hepatitis is a contagious disease and if not tackled to the grassroot more persons will be infected.
Prevention, early treatment is a better step to take.
