WORLD DAY AGAINST CHILD LABOUR 🧗

CAN WE SPARE THEM FOR NOW🤺



yesterday was the World day against child labour and l feel we need to talk about this.


Child labour encompasses various forms of exploitation.


 HERE ARE SOME COMMON TYPES:


1. *FORCED LABOUR*: Children are coerced into working against  their will.


2. *BONDED LABOUR*: Children are forced to work to repay debts.


3. *CHILD TRAFFICKING*: Children are recruited or transported for exploitation.


4. *COMMERCIAL SEXUAL EXPLOITATION*: Children are exploited for prostitution or pornography.


5. *DOMESTIC WORK*: Children work in private homes, often in exploitative conditions.


6. *AGRICULTURAL WORK*: Children work in agriculture, often in hazardous conditions.


7. *INDUSTRIAL WORK*: Children work in industries like manufacturing or construction.


These forms of child labour can have severe physical, emotional, and psychological consequences.


We need to protect our children, there's time for everything, time to play and time to work.

THE JOURNEY SO FAR... In the past two days protesters were seen across the different states in Nigeria, each voicing their grievances against the Government. The protest was supposed to be a peaceful one, but some persons are bent on turning it into a war and a period of anarchy. Parents should instruct their children to be careful because the country will not remember or recognize their efforts if they die in the process. Many has died in the process, others injured, some properties destroyed. While we walk and demonstrate and pray for a better Nigeria, we should also thread with caution because life has no duplicate. WE ARE IN TROUBLE 😳

WE REALLY NEED HELP I saw a clip someone posted on Facebook of a burning house. So in the video people were seen praying for God to come down and quench 🧯 the fire. And l was wondering 🤔 Is that all the passersby could do? No one amongst them know at least the basic things to when there's fire outbreak. Can't they pray while they try to put out the fire, and if l should ask what the prayer was supposed to do for them without any action, many religious fanatics will begin to attack me. Granted we need to pray in situations like this, but standing to pray without doing anything is as ineffective as not praying at all. We need to brace up, A lot of things are going wrong, because we chose to pray alone without doing something.
