COPING WITH WORK STRESS
WHAT YOU SHOULD DO🤔
Yesterday was workers day and l feel l should write this.
No matter how good the job is, there's always a bit of stress attached to the work we do.
Whether it's physical or mental stress we should not allow it to pull us down.
It's important that we do some work, we should also know when to rest in-between or at the end of the work.
Stress is bad!
Stress can kill!
When it's overwhelming take some time off, because you only live once.
We work to live !
We don't live to work!
