WORLD DAY FOR SAFETY AND HEALTH AT WORK (28/4/25)



"Safety first, safety Always"


This should be our watch word. Whatever you do be conscious of your safety and that of others.


We can avoid accidents at work place, if we follow the safety protocol.


WHAT SHOULD WE DO🤷


✍️Ensure adequate light, especially at night.


✍️ When mopping dry the floor promptly or put a sign to notify people when the floor is still wet.


✍️Proper disposal of waste( Sharps in sharpbox, medical waste in medical waste bin and general waste in general waste bin)


✍️The walk way should free with adequate light.


✍️Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)


✍️ Report any electrical fault and any other defect for prompt repair.


✍️ Fire extinguishers should be placed in strategic locations.


✍️There should be a 'Muster point' in case of emergency at work.


Safety is everyone business and should not be left for the management alone.

The resultant effects of not being safety conscious can affect anyone.

So you have to guard yourself and for your every action or inaction make sure you do not cause HARM!


Safety for one, Safety for all.

SITUATIONAL REPORT, INCIDENT REPORT...✍️

THE JOURNEY SO FAR... In the past two days protesters were seen across the different states in Nigeria, each voicing their grievances against the Government. The protest was supposed to be a peaceful one, but some persons are bent on turning it into a war and a period of anarchy. Parents should instruct their children to be careful because the country will not remember or recognize their efforts if they die in the process. Many has died in the process, others injured, some properties destroyed. While we walk and demonstrate and pray for a better Nigeria, we should also thread with caution because life has no duplicate.
