SAFE MOTHERHOOD DAY (11/4/25)



THEME: Healthy Beginning, 

Hopeful Future 


For us to have a Healthy Beginning We should go 'back to the drawing board' or better still begin from the grassroots.


We're tired of all these 'White Elephant projects' for safe motherhood programs.


If our health centres are well equipped with free or affordable medical care, maternal and infant mortality will be reduced to the barest minimum.


If the health centres, state hospital and federal hospitals are equipped with both material and human resources, our mothers can then access any of the facilities closer to them.


Most of these things are not 'rocket science ' there are things that be  done if we really want to.


We can only have Hopeful Future if we had a healthy Beginning.🤔

I WEEP FOR MY NATION😭 In just few days we have recorded more than 50  deaths resulting from stamped. In all of these death, the cause was same. Some may ask why will they be rushing and  struggling to get palliative to the extent of losing their lives. For the records a bag of rice is above 100k and minimum wage is not up to 100k, so how many persons can afford a bag of rice in this present economy? SITUATIONAL REPORT, INCIDENT REPORT...✍️

THE JOURNEY SO FAR... In the past two days protesters were seen across the different states in Nigeria, each voicing their grievances against the Government. The protest was supposed to be a peaceful one, but some persons are bent on turning it into a war and a period of anarchy. Parents should instruct their children to be careful because the country will not remember or recognize their efforts if they die in the process. Many has died in the process, others injured, some properties destroyed. While we walk and demonstrate and pray for a better Nigeria, we should also thread with caution because life has no duplicate.
