Life's good and it's good to relax and enjoy, but don't compromise your health.


SEDENTARY LIFESTYLE is a lifestyle type, in which one is physically inactive and does little or no physical movement and/or exercise.


[1] A person living a sedentary lifestyle is often sitting or lying down while engaged in an activity like socializing, watching TV, playing video games, reading or using a mobile phone or computer for much of the day. 


A sedentary lifestyle contributes to poor health quality, diseases as well as many preventable causes of death.



Nobody is asking you not to sit, lie or sleep, but you should also try and walk around, jog, involve in yoga, run or any other form of exercise.


Moving from a your house to your car and sitting in an office all day may look like a luxury kind of life, but this particular form of luxury may affect your health.


WHAT TO DO 


✍️Take a walk, even if it's within your office for few minutes.


✍️ When you step down from the car, you can walk around in your compound.


✍️if the distance is short, trek sometimes.


✍️You mustn't go to a gym center to exercise, you can exercise in your house.


We all want to live long and in good health, it begins with your lifestyle, sedentary lifestyle is not a healthy lifestyle avoid it.
