Some complain they don't have time to exercise.

Others feel they are slim and so do not need exercise.
Exercise is for everyone, there's a big difference between exercising and loosing weight, you can exercise to keep fit and be healthy if you are slim and you can exercise to reduce your weight if you are on the big size.
You must not go to the gym centres to exercise, you can do It in the comfort of your home, if you are not very sure as to what to do, check online, you will see various forms of exercise.
You also do not need long hours to exercise, if you can do few minutes of exercise on daily basis that should be enough.
