In recent times it have become more like a criminal act for you to be fat or so slim, some will even blame you for being too short to too tall. From the above you can see that no one is free from these body shaming saga. Inasmuch as we are the cause in some of the cases, but body shaming is still not a solution. WHAT YOU SHOULD DO ✍️FOR FAT PEOPLE: -Instead of abusing them; -Get a dietary plan for them that will help them lose weight. -Direct them to a good gym centre. -Tell them how you achieved it yourself. -Encourage them to be consistent with any plan they wish to follow. FOR TOO SLIM PEOPLE  Advice them on what to eat to gain healthy weight. -Buy those things for them too when you can. -Advice them on some exercise that can build their muscle. -Encourage them to be serious with the plan of action. ✍️FOR SHORT PEOPLE ; If you too tall that you don't want to see short people
