Sometimes when I walk into some business premises, l will begin to wonder why those people are in business. The nonchalant attitude to customers is something I cannot explain. I feel this may be due to the fact that l work in a facility where we don't joke with our client.

But then, why would you start up a business, when you are not ready to serve your customers?

No matter how small your business is, customer service is important.

No matter how big your business has grown, customer service is still important.

The way you treat your customers will determine if there will be repeat patronage.

Some customers will prefer to patronize you even if your price is high but your service is great.

'People may forget what you give or what you said to them, but can hardly forget how you made them feel'

How do you treat your customers?

Will your customers be proud to introduce your business to their friends because of your service?

What are your customers saying about your business and services?

If you were the customer, would you want to patronize your own business?

No matter how good your products are, if the customer service is bad, you may not sell.

WHAT TO DO🤔

Treat your customers like KINGS/QUEENS

Attend to them promptly.

Listen to their complaint, even if it sounds irrational.

Never allow a customer to leave angrily.

No matter what you do REMEMBER it's your customers that pay your SALARY and not your Boss.
