wears, 3 piece suit and people that wear hijab in this hot weather, HOW ARE YOU COPING🤷‍♀️ 

Unless you move from a house with AC to a car with AC and to an office with AC l don't know how you are surviving 😟

I still feel some of these organizations that use formal attire should try and bend their rules on dress code a bit, until the weather is favourable.

I don't really know the cause of the extreme heat, but if it's ozone depletion, we borrow ozone layer from other countries.🙄

The last l checked, borrowing is one exercise we good at.🥰

Until the situation is abated, help yourself by;

-Wearing more of cotton cloth.

-if possible avoid wearing black clothes for now.

-Take more water

Lets just try and help ourselves 'before we go bake'😃
