Good day all the elders on this platform, l great you people specially.


Please l will be needing your advice on this matter.


Someone reported that his landlord died and the relatives brought a list of things he should buy for the burial.


I can't remember all of it but l just list the few, l can remember;


A bottle of schnapps

One life goat 🐐

5 crates of Heineken

5 crates of other beer

5 crate of Malta 

Etc


My question to the elder is this, 


What should the young man do?


Should he provide the above listed items?


Is it a normal practice?


If he refuses will the spirit of the landlord hunt him since he is leaving in his house?


We are waiting for your answers🙇‍♀️🙇‍♂️

    The tenants can respond in accordance with their demands only to avoid trouble or to avoid unlawful eviction unless it is part of the tenancy agreement for h them to do so. Such a practice is common in Ngwaland, Ngwa hinterland and Aba indigenous communities

I WEEP FOR NIGERIA 😥

I WEEP FOR MY NATION😭 In just few days we have recorded more than 50  deaths resulting from stamped. In all of these death, the cause was same. Some may ask why will they be rushing and  struggling to get palliative to the extent of losing their lives. For the records a bag of rice is above 100k and minimum wage is not up to 100k, so how many persons can afford a bag of rice in this present economy? Nigeria we hail thee🙋 As a weep for the deceased😢 And sympathize with their families.😟 I want to plead with all our philanthropist, NGOs, religious group who  may want to help in this critical time. Get people to organize it well for you, this is no longer business as usual, if about 50 persons were part of the previous year's giveaway, for this year expect over 300 persons because times are hard. THE JOURNEY SO FAR... In the past two days protesters were seen across the different states in Nigeria, each voicing their grievances against the Government. The protest was supposed to be a peaceful one, but some persons are bent on turning it into a war and a period of anarchy. Parents should instruct their children to be careful because the country will not remember or recognize their efforts if they die in the process. Many has died in the process, others injured, some properties destroyed. While we walk and demonstrate and pray for a better Nigeria, we should also thread with caution because life has no duplicate.
