 TIPS FOR A HEALTHY KIDNEY 



As we celebrate "World Kidney Day" today l want to use this medium to drop this few health tips that will help us maintain a healthy kidney.


- Stay active (exercise)


-Reduce salt intake.


-control your blood sugar.


- Drink at least 3-4litres of water every day.

Control your blood pressure.


- Avoid smoking.


- Reduce/ avoid the use  of anti-inflamatory drugs.


Do this and your kidney will love you.👍
