It's not as if am condemning the effort of dear president or the CBN Governor.


My own is that, since they know they were not going to redesign the Naira note, they should have informed those that are hiding the money to bring it for them to paint instead of wasting to print this ones.


Then when people that are hiding money have painted their note, they will then carry the bucket of paint from bank to bank to paint the ones there.


My thought though 🤷😂
