A PROFESSOR'S SON

I recently saw a post on the internet. "One professor's son with two of his friends stole an engine worth 2million and sold it for #30,000"

There were a lot of questions that came to my mind 🤔

1#Why would a prof's son be stealing?

2#Why won't he know the worth of a car engine?

3#Was he lured by friends to commit such atrocity?

In the bid to answer all the questions, l suddenly realized that l am in NIGERIA

For the ist question l will say that most professors have time for their students and  books than their children. That can explain why a prof's son will be stealing and the parents are not aware to correct him.

I stand to be corrected though.

One my say maybe,he was corrected and he paid deaf ears to all the advice,which can be true too.

But the CRUX of the matter is, the boy stole for whatever reason is inconsequential.

This is really a wake up call for every parents( Professors, Lawyers, Doctors, Bankers, Nurses, Engineers business men and women etc) who are always too busy for their children.

When you are too busy with work,

They will be too busy also "dragging your name to the mud "

No matter how busy your schedule is, create time for your children.

Discipline them when necessary!

A word is enough for the wise!
