This is one of the usual response you hear once a pregnant woman is booked for CS(caesarean section)


Caesarean section(CS) is a surgical incision made on the abdomen and uterus to deliver a baby.


🙅People always do not accept this method of delivery especially in Africa, Nigeria to be precise.


🤰CS is not the first method of delivery but, where there factors that can hinder the normal delivery, CS is advocated.


"Is not my portion" has for donkey years become our popular mantra when we are faced with situations we don't like.


👨‍🏫️Some of our pastors and religious leaders are sometimes response for that. When they tell their congregation that CS is not their portion, " that they must deliver like Hebrew women"


😭Most women have lost their lives and that one their unborn babies because of refusal to opt for cs.


WHY WILL A DOCTOR OR MIDWIFE ASK A PREGNANT WOMAN TO GO FOR CS🤷


- Big babies( weighing 4kg or more.


 - some health conditions like Asthma, pregnancy induced hypertension.


- Transverse lie


- Two previous CS 


- Abnormal fetal heartbeat.


- Twins, triplets or more.


-small maternal pelvis.


-cord prolapse 


- placenta Infection or malposition etc


🤰So if for any the above reason you're asked to go for CS please do because in this case you decision will not affect you alone but your unborn baby too.


👍Let's do the right thing and preserve the life of the unborn children.


🤱CS is not a crime or taboo embrace it when the normal method of delivery is not possible.

IT IS NOT BY FORCE😊 Most times when I enter a restaurant or an eatery and see people forcing themselves to use the cutlery that they can't eat with, I begin to wonder.🤔 The last time l checked there's no rules that one must use a set of cutlery to eat. You will see people struggling with fork and knife when they can comfortably eat with a spoon or fork. "Don't get it twisted" Am not saying one should not learn how to use the cutlery, No! What am saying is; you should practice maybe at home or ask someone to teach you or learn it on YouTube before coming to punish our dear cutlery.🥰 Going to a restaurant and  clashing innocent fork and knife😢 all in the name of eating is absurd. I also know some persons wants to apply the popular saying, " fake it until you make it" Well l think in life you don't need to fake anything to please anyone, be yourself and people will appreciate you for who you really are.  l come in peace🙋 #prisca# #sweetmotherhood#
