The brain is one of the major organs of the body and it performs a lot of function.
You can be alive but brain dead, we need to do all in our power to ensure our brains performs all it functions.
BRAIN HEALTH TIPS FOR DIFFERENT AGE GROUPS
CHILDREN (0-12 years)
1. STIMULATE LEARNING: Engage in activities that promote cognitive development, such as reading, puzzles, and problem-solving.
2. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY: Regular exercise improves blood flow to the brain and supports overall brain health.
