FIRST AID GONE EXTINCT 💨

 "FIRST AID IN THE DIGITAL WORLD"

World First Aid day 2023 was celebrated on the 9th of September.

The theme for this year is 'first Aid in the digital world'

A lot is happening in this digital age, we need to be watchful before we lose it.

Gone are those days when people were ready  to do something to help an accident victim or victims in accident cases.

Now what we see are group of persons, snapping, videoing and uploading accident victims on social media.

We want to be the first to post and not the first help.

We want to be the first to release the news and not the first to relieve human beings of their pain.

We want to be popular for broadcasting news and not heroes that save lives.

We leave the better for the later.

First Aid given promptly can save lives.

We have to go back to the drawing board where the lives of human is cherished more than popularity.

Until then, we will remain inhumane regardless the number of hours we spend in church.

Let's begin again....
